On Facebook, you show your project to people who might be interested. On Google, people are already searching for property. Here are 7 simple steps to turn those searches into calls and site visits.

When someone types “apartment for sale near me” or “2 bedroom flat on installments”, they are telling you exactly what they want. That is the power of Google Search ads: you reach people at the moment they are looking.
But Google Ads can also waste money fast if the setup is wrong. Here is the simple process we follow for real estate campaigns.
Choose keywords people use when they are ready to act, like “buy apartment in [city]”, “plots for sale in [area]” or “flats on installments”. Avoid broad words like “real estate” or “property” on their own. They bring students, job seekers and people who are just browsing.
Our result: our best keyword, a “buy apartment in [city]” search, brought 370 clicks at a 7.76% click-through rate. A broad keyword, “real estate company”, cost almost the same but brought only 71 clicks.
Negative keywords stop your ad from showing for searches you don’t want, like “rent”, “jobs”, “free”, “map” or “salary”. Check your search terms report every week and add new negatives. This one habit can save a big part of your budget.
If someone searches “apartments on installments”, your headline should say “Apartments on Easy Installments”. Include the project name, the location, the starting price or booking amount, and a clear action like “Call Now” or “Book a Site Visit”.
Our result: search ads written this way reached a 12–15% click-through rate, and our account’s average cost per click was about Rs 13.
Many property buyers want to talk to a person before they visit. Call ads let people call you straight from the search results with one tap. No website and no form needed.
Our result: one call-focused campaign recorded 1,063 call actions from 800 ad clicks, with a total spend of about Rs 11,580.
If your ad opens a slow website, people leave. Use a page that loads fast on mobile, shows the price and photos at the top, and has a big WhatsApp or Call button. Don’t make people search for the thing they clicked on.
YouTube video ads are a low-cost way to show the project, the location and the construction progress. When people search for the project later, your Search ad is there. Use YouTube to warm people up and Search to turn them into leads.
Our result: our YouTube campaigns got 103,000+ video views at about Rs 0.52 per view.
Clicks are only the first step. Set up conversion tracking for calls, WhatsApp clicks and form submissions, so you know which keywords bring real buyers. Then move more budget to those keywords and pause the rest.
